Shipment and delivery


Small orders will be sent by PostNL within the Schengen areas in Europe. All other orders will be shipped by GLS (parcelshop) within these Schengen areas. Orders for NOT-Schengen-countries, as Norway and Switzerland a.o.will be delivered by parcelpost by PostNL, sent with required forms for customhandling in these countries. No difference will be made for free shipment or for shipments charged with costs for handling and freight.

Orders over Euro 750,- nett, without V.A.T. will be shipped free of charge for freight. All orders up to Euro 750,- nett, without V.A.T.will become a small charge of Euro 12,50 for cost of handling and freight, due for every way of choosen shipment by us. Special ways of shipment,asked for by customers, will have to be paid for according to the costingprice at that time of shipment.

Delivery time

Most of our deliveries will delivered from our stockrooms. If there will be a backorder,for different reasons,you will be informed right away about the time of delivery of this backorder. Though we are always watching over our time of delivery,a certain article might not be in stock and has to be delivered later on. We hope you will understand our position.

Delay after shipping

All of our shipments will be sent by PostNL and by GLS (parcelshop),our regular forwarding parties, that have been this over the past years,within and outside Europe,and proved to be good forwarding partners. As our shipments abroad might become subject of investigation by country custom departments, this check will cause some delay, that cannot be avoided at all times.

The transfertimes of our shipments will be checked regularly, but a delay can occur by quite a lot of causes. We will inform you about the day of arrival, as soon as we have received the right information from the shipping agent, but information about customclearances will not be available.

Track and trace

Although most shipments do arrive in time, there might be a possibility of any delay, therefore we have, on your request, an international trackingcode availble for Spotle-parcels, that have been shipped before. Just ask for it and you will be informed shortly.
